Conditional Dead On Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
• We guarantee live fish:
    ○ During transportation, and
    ○ For a period no longer than 2 hours after the shipping packages have been opened and the fish have been moved into neutral water.
• This guarantee does not cover any cases of fish death after two hours of the opening of shipping packages.
• In the event fish are found dead on arrival, we will refund the full price of the original order or ship replacement fish to you. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
• Please record a one-minute video of the shipping box opening process and send it to our Facebook Fanpage within two hours of when the boxes are opened, in order to request a DOA refund.

Wrong Address
Before shipping each order, we will confirm shipping addresses carefully. If you give us an incorrect shipping address, we will not offer any refund. We also cannot guarantee that the packages will be rerouted.

Fish Sex
• We will do our best to define and mark the fish sex on our website appropriately.
• If an order specifies a particular sex, we’ll do our best to accommodate the request. Please be aware, nevertheless, that we cannot guarantee error-free results.
• Fish sex is not available for a particular species if it is not displayed on our website. We will sell the fish as unsexed.
• For fish that are small in size or when sexual dimorphism is absent, we will not be able to define fish sex.
• Before asking us to choose the fish sex for you, please check to see if the fish sex option for that species is offered on our website.
